The Danish Confederation of Trade Unions carries the role of coordinating collective bargaining. It also seeks to influence the government and the political parties when it comes to drafting and implementing legislation, especially in relation to labour market policies. It represents the trade union movement's interests on various boards, commissions and committees.
The Danish labour market has a high level of unionisation compared to most other European countries, approximately 75 percent.
Noruega
The Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (Landsorganisasjonen i Norge or LO) is anational trade union center, decidedly the largest and probably the most influential umbrella organization of labour unions in Norway. The 24 national unions affiliated to the LO have more than 830,000 members of a Norwegian population of 4.6 million. The majority of affiliated unions organizes traditional blue collar workers, but the largest affiliate is the Norwegian Municipal Workers' Union. LO is affiliated to the ITUC.

Nueva Zelanda
The New Zealand Council of Trade Unions (NZCTU) is a national trade union center in New Zealand. The NZCTU represents 300,000 workers, and is the largest trade union organization in the country.
It was formed in 1987 by the merger of the New Zealand Federation of Labour (NZFL) and the Combined State Unions (CSU). The NZCTU is often linked to the Labour Party. While there is no formal link between the two, many unions are formally affiliated to the Labour Party. Furthermore, the Secretary of the NZCTU speaks at the annual conference of the Labour Party.
The NZCTU is affiliated with the International Trade Union Confederation.
